Our Story
Born into an immigrant family of entrepreneurs at the intersection of two different cultures, our path here has been unique.
Whether it was spending summers with relatives in Greece, helping mom & dad in the family restaurant business, participating in our church community, or exploring hobbies - there was never a dull moment growing up.
Individually, we both found ways to express our creativity. Sia found talent in music with string instruments and the drums (like our dad) and Dee through different modalities of art. Together we share a love for traveling, history, art, movies, music, color palettes, seasons, and more.
Present for all these things has always been photography for us. Whether it was family trips, portraits for college graduation, or on a pretty day - freezing moments in time has always been important to the both of us. Starting with collecting vintage film cameras, hoarding kodak disposables, to then using our first digital camera to plan silly shoots. Individually and together - photography slowly culminated into the perfect form of creative expression, interlacing our favorite interests with the careful art of composition and lighting.

Sia is the head photographer of Pragma Weddings. She is a classically trained violinist, an engineer, and a hopeless romantic.
Sia’s approach to photography is to create a comfortable and easy-going environment so that she can thoughtfully capture the emotions that unfold while directing her couple. Sia values every friendship she has with her clients and truly enjoys learning about each of her couples and what makes them unique.
Dee is the lead editor and second photographer of Pragma Weddings. She's experienced as a consultant in the corporate world, loves embracing her Greek culture, and enjoys expressing her creativity across mediums
Dee’s approach to photography aims to capture organic raw emotion while simultaneously integrating an ethereal cinematic and sometimes editorial essence to her photos. Dee takes inspiration from high-fashion, romance films, and the intricate details seen in classical architecture across cultures.
